Costa Rica Girl (Estella)[laser cut girl patch]
Hello, My name is Estella. I am from Costa Rica. I am dressed up today in my traditional clothing because we are celebrating the annual Festival de la Luz, usually held the second Saturday of December. There is music, marching bands, colorful floats, and some are decorated in fluffy white due to the lack of snow that is in Costa Rica.
