 Exercise and Fitness [1 1/2 inch patch]
 
 Earn this mini patch by participating in a sport, PE, or any other fitness activity.
 USE THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS AS A GUIDE> COMPLETE 1
 1. Participate in a sport or fitness activity. Examples:  Dance, gymnastics, soccer, etc. 2.  Learn a stretching exercise to complete before you work out and learn the importance of stretching. 3.  Create a healthy snack to eat after you work out, play a sport, or walk.  4.  If you take PE class, set a goal for your fitness and write down ways you can complete them.  Example:  Walk faster, do more laps, or better in your sport. 5. Work out with a DVD or a game platform. Example: Zumba, Dance, DDR, or other fun fitness games. 6.  Have fun while you are exercising.  Example: Get together with your friends and have a fun dance party, go bowling, laser tag or any other fun activity that requires moving around. 7.  Help your family create a healthy meal.  What did you make? 8.  Have fun riding your bike, scooter, roller skating, hula hoop, jumping rope, take a short walk or any other fun activity you do at home or with your friends.
