If the box could be for either a boy or girl, check both the Boy and Girl boxes. 3. Select items for your box, such as crayons, card games, puzzles or stickers. Click here for a list of suggested toys. Place toys in the box. 4. Optional: Create a card or personal note for the box. (please don't sign your last name) 5. This template can be printed on Avery Labels 18163, or any standard white shipping labels. If you don't have labels, print it out and adhere it with strong clear packing tape over it so the label does not come off. 6. Attach Label on top: Affix the Jared Box label on the center of the top lid. If you don't have a color printer, you can print it in black and white. Adhere it with strong packing table, if you don't have labels. This template can be printed on Avery Labels 18163 as well. 7. Decorate your box if you like with stickers or colorful tissue paper inside. 8. Deliver: Refer to our Hospital Directory to choose a hospital to receive your Jared Boxes.
