1. Create your own scrapbook. You can use supplies from our site to create a scrapbook. You can also design a layout that's all about you and decorate the cover to reflect your interests

2. Family stories, recipes, and special events are passed down through the generations. Choose a special holiday or event that is celebrated by your family and place a photo, recipe, or journal about it in your scrapbook.

3. Use your scrapbook to capture memories of events, holidays, and family. Place photos inside of your choice of scrapbook to create a collection of pictures to share with others

4. Choose one of your photos and edit it for your scrapbook. You can do this by using a photo printing website when you order your photo online, a digital program, or an app on your phone. Examples include: making a collage, changing the background, adding a frame, making it a black and white photo, adding text to the photo, and cropping pictures with scissors.

8. Learning how to use different tools or supplies to complete your scrapbook.

9. Create a 3-D decoration for the front of your book or decorative page. Examples: ribbon, flowers, decorative shapes, chipboard, and other decorative items.

10. You can create scrapbooks of items other than photos. Create an accordion book, stapled booklet, or journal with a collection of items and decorations.

11. Take a scrapbook class or complete a kit.
