Reservations must be made to participate in the programs for scouts or group tours. Oatlands does not provide the badges – just the experience of earning them.

Programs are available Monday - Friday between 3:00 and 6:00 pm. Troops can meet and complete badge programs at Oatlands during their regular meeting times. Programs are available on school holidays or weekends by special arrangements. Scout programs last 60 to 90 minutes.

Siblings, tag-a-longs and parents who do not wish to participate in the program can wait in the Carriage House or purchase a general admission grounds pass to explore the property. Programs are not canceled due to the weather.

Registration is required.

GIRL SCOUTS

Girl Scout programs meet ALL badge requirements allowing scouts to earn their badge in one visit to Oatlands!

BOY SCOUTS

Each Boy Scout program fulfills MOST of the adventure requirements. Please look at each program to see exactly which requirements are met while at your visit to Oatlands.

Tiger Adventure: Tigers in the Wild – 1 hour
Wolf Adventure: Paws on the Path – 1 hour
Bear Adventure: Fur, Feathers, and Ferns – 1 hour
Webelos Adventure: Webelos Walkabout – 2 hours

Boy Scout Eagle Award Oatlands is pleased to partner with and help plan, develop, and give support to a specially designed Eagle Scout service project. Please call to schedule an appointment to discuss service projects at Oatlands.
